PMO with GenAI

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth execution of the project, aligning with organizational goals, timelines, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, technical teams, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project success
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with financial and tax regulations and data privacy laws
• Budget & Resource Allocation: Oversee financial planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization for the project
• Support and track the implementation of GenAI solutions (LLM, Chatbots, AI Agents, RAG) across the tax and finance domains
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management on project progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations
• Ensure efficiency in workflows, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration within a large international corporate environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a PMO in large-scale, international corporate environments, preferably in the financial sector (tax projects experience is a plus)
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLM), Chatbots, AI Agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall project management methodologies
• Ability to work closely with engineering and data science teams, understanding AI-driven automation and its impact on business processes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives, technical teams, and regulatory bodies
• Fluency in English (C1 level) is required for effective communication in an international environment
• Experience managing projects related to AI applications in finance, tax, or regulatory environments
