Mid/Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure the delivery of high quality IT solutions
• Being part of building or rebuilding DATA Platform
• Working with data uplift program - gathering and defining requirements
• Helping to design advanced solutions around data and analytics
• Working closely together with stakeholders to understand the expected outcome and elicit business features
• Managing delivery dependencies towards other teams and organization units
• Working in an Agile environment as an integral part of the cross-functional agile delivery team

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of SQL
• Experience in data analysis, data hygiene, data quality, etc.
• Knowledge of Apache Hive
• Familiarity with basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipeline, big data
• Experience working with complex requirements
• Experience in working with complex end-to-end solutions and processes
• Have a strong solution-oriented, analytical mindset and problem solving skills
• Fluent communicator and have experience on working with business users
• Have ability to grasp new technologies quickly (on high level) and able to ask right questions
• Good communication skills
• Ownership and independence on the tasks, features, user stories

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms
• Knowledge of Python, Spark
