IT Operation Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Solving and support to incident and problems
• Support to change processes
• Analyst task e.g. maintenance requirements to the solution
• Acting as change manager for maintenance tasks
• Stakeholder coordination and communication
• Support to developers
• Verification of changes can occur outside normal business hours

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or relevant experience
• 3+ years of professional experience, with a strong interest in core banking
• Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency, with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL queries and scripts
• Experience with Windows Server administration
• Skilled in maintaining and monitoring applications, as well as identifying and troubleshooting issues
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
• Knowledge of monitoring solutions for systems and applications
• Basic understanding of IBM MQ
• Advantageous: Experience with ESP/Kubernetes, ITIL Foundation certification, financial industry experience
• Proficient in requirement specification (functional and non-functional) and stakeholder management
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well both independently and within a team
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills, with a focus on actionable analysis
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English
• Familiarity with tools like Helix and Confluence is a plus
