E-commerce NGP Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Coordinating and e-activate blocked orders on platform of the NGP category
Contacting the right party to get orders unblocked
Checking the exception reports
Resending orders
Extracting patterns out of the orders that went wrong
Proposing ideas on how to avoid blocked orders
Proposing ideas on how to automate the resolution
Defining scope and requirements for developers

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar position e.g. support, helpdesk
Excellent English
Knowledge of SAP, Commercetools, MS Excel, PowerBI
Analytical mindset (ability to extract patterns from data and propose optimizations)
Willing to expand technical skills
Good communication and organizational skills
Nice to have - understanding of code (for triggering re-exporting)
