Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Creating and optimizing MySQL queries to conduct data analysis for the EOL team
• Supporting the team in analyzing performance data and client outcomes
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to facilitate decision-making processes within the organization
• Collaborating with the team to understand reporting and analysis requirements
• Applying experience in API integration, including knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services, to acquire and process data
• Working with the IT team on software development, utilizing Microsoft technologies (.NET, Azure Synapse) in the context of data analysis
• Effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders, including presenting analysis results and reports in English

Requirements:

• Proficient in PowerBI, including designing and implementing dashboards and reports
• Strong experience with API integration, including understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
• Strong experience in data analysis
• Strong communication skills, fluent English

Nice to have:

• Experience in using Microsoft technologies, including .NET and Azure Synapse
• Experience in software development
