Client Onboard Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Client Request Processing:
    • Handle client requests related to system setup, including updating signatories and lodging documentation
    • Process clients’ instructions with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to deadlines
  • System and Process Maintenance:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to perform system maintenance based on documentation for account opening and maintenance processes
    • Document and update operational procedures, ensuring they reflect the latest internal rules and external regulations
  • Communication and Support:
    • Provide clear and concise responses to both client and internal inquiries
    • Assist with archiving documentation and ensure all queries are resolved efficiently
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Apply appropriate bank regulations when processing requests and verify data accuracy within systems
    • Escalate urgent or risk-related issues through the proper channels and support quality assurance efforts
  • Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
    • Cooperate with and support various teams as needed, including participating in trainings, projects, conference calls, and systems testing
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in their implementation
    • Engage in the coordination of projects related to internal processes and participate in user acceptance testing for new systems
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Execute day-to-day responsibilities while understanding the broader context of your work
    • Exercise sound judgment and maintain high ethical standards to safeguard the firm's reputation, clients, and assets

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in financial services is preferred
  • Familiarity with bank products and procedures for opening and maintaining accounts
  • Experience in client communication (both internal and external) within a financial or banking environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • High attention to detail, flexibility, and a strong team spirit
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
