UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the design of an established digital product, ensuring usability and functionality
• Create new views and features to expand the product’s capabilities
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and align project goals
• Map user journeys, define user flows, and design wireframes and prototypes for validation
• Analyze user feedback and continuously refine the product’s usability
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure feasibility and alignment
• Apply accessibility standards and responsive design best practices
• Utilize tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD to deliver high-quality designs

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a proven track record of delivering user-centered digital products in the mobile, enterprise and SaaS spaces
• Experience organizing and leading discovery workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project direction
• Expertise in mapping user journeys, creating personas, and defining user flows
• Strong skills in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes for validation and testing
• Proven ability to analyze and apply user feedback to improve product usability
• Proven ability to create, maintain, and expand design systems
• Mastery of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout
• Experience creating high-fidelity interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and best practices for responsive design
• Proficiency in using Figma and other design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, InVision or Zeplin
• Experience collaborating closely with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
• English level: B2, C1
