Technical Writer

Responsibilities:

• Develop clear, structured, and comprehensive documentation for Platform Owners and Tenants
• Translate governance principles, platform taxonomy, and best practices into user-friendly guidance and guardrails
• Contribute to building the governance model by defining roles, responsibilities, and operational standards
• Support teams in understanding and adopting the platform taxonomy and associated workflows
• Create and maintain SharePoint-based documentation spaces and ensure intuitive navigation and content structure
• Collaborate closely with platform, infrastructure, compliance, and risk stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Technical Writer or Platform Documentation role
• Strong background in Application and Platform Management, with a solid understanding of modern platform operating models
• Proven experience working within banking or financial services, especially related to governance, compliance, and risk & audit practices
• Deep, hands-on expertise in technical writing, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable documentation
• Practical experience in SharePoint development, including structuring and publishing documentation, guardrails, standards, and process materials
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with diverse technical and business stakeholders
