Tech PMO Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Providing PMO support services to the Portfolio Managers, Project and Programme Managers, Solution and Release Train Engineers
• Extracting and analysing project data
• Presenting sound knowledge of multiple Project & Portfolio Management processes and strongly contributing to the adherence to the best practices

Requirements:

• Experience as PMO Specialist on medium to large scale Projects, Hubs or Programmes for +2 yrs
• Deep understanding of financial processes and experiencing in cost estimations, accruals creation and invoice handling
• Exposure to Agile processes and methodologies
• Experience in using SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA and PPM tools
• Working experience in analysis, solving of issues and high attention to details
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Very Good MS Office skills incl. PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Able to communicate effectively and drive follow up actions to different stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• PMI or similar PMO/Project Management certification
• Natural communicator, comfortable navigating among multiple stakeholders and have a sense of urgency to secure timely and consistent communication
• Exposure to traditional project management and Agile processes will be an asset
