Tech PMO Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Finance (Actuals, Forecast, Accruals, Invoice Tracking)
• Delivery Management (Key Milestones Tracking, Communication of Deliveries, Portfolio Health)
• Reports and KPIs (Financial Reports, Progress Reports, Team Reports, KPIs Reporting)
• Dependency Management (Dependency Map and Follow-up)
• Resources Management (Demand & Supply Map, On/Off-boarding, Time Reporting)

Requirements:

• PMO Specialist on medium to large scale Projects, Hubs or Programmes for +2 yrs
• Deep understanding of financial processes and experiencing in cost estimations, accruals creation and invoice handling
• PMI or similar PMO/Project Management certification
• Exposure to Agile processes and methodologies
• Experience in using SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA and PPM tools
• Working experience in analysis, solving of issues and high attention to details
• Natural communicator, comfortable navigating among multiple stakeholders and have a sense of urgency to secure timely and consistent communication
• Showing initiative and passion, and you have an enthusiastic approach to your work and surroundings
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Very Good MS Office skills incl. PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, PPM
