Tech Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and timelines
• Familiar with latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, tools, and methodologies
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and methodologies for solution development
• Ensure that developed solutions comply with data privacy and security regulations
• Analyze solutions to ensure they meet scalability and efficiency requirements
• Implement continuous monitoring and improvement processes for AI systems
• Understanding of full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python
• Good knowledge of C#/.NET
• Ability to contribute to the strategic vision for AI initiatives within the organization
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Skilled in cloud platforms DevOps services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
• Experience in designing and implementing APIs for model deployment and integration with other systems
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Ability to lead and mentor team
• Knowledge of English (B2/C1 level)
• Knowledge od Polish (min. B2 level)
