Service Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own the AdTech solution roadmap and backlog, prioritizing business and technical requirements
• Act as the main point of contact for business stakeholders regarding AdTech solutions
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage contracts, budgets, and licensing in collaboration with the Service Manager
• Ensure all AdTech solutions comply with GDPR and internal data protection policies
• Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements, align on priorities, and communicate progress
• Coordinate incident and problem management, supporting root cause analysis and continuous improvement
• Report on service performance, risks, and opportunities to business and IT leadership

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in marketing, particularly in digital advertising, and a deep understanding of AdTech platforms (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Emplifi, Smartly)
• Experience with data privacy, web analytics, and consent management
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Proven ability to drive service improvements and manage complex technical environments
• Knowledge of English at B2/C1 level
