Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the enterprise-wide review of Close of Business (COB) executions and downstream batch flows
• Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring successful delivery of the project
• Monitor project progress and maintain tracking dashboards, metrics, and reporting to support effective project management
• Prepare executive-level reports and documentation for senior stakeholders, including technology leadership
• Maintain clear and structured communication with stakeholders, ensuring regular updates and alignment with project objectives
• Organize and facilitate workshops, discussions, and planning sessions with cross-functional teams
• Manage project escalations, coordination activities, and delivery planning across multiple teams
• Ensure project work aligns with organizational values, governance standards, and customer-focused outcomes

Requirements:

• Experience in project management or management roles, preferably in complex enterprise environments
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to deliver results and meet stakeholder expectations
• Ability to formulate strategies and manage project concepts across multiple teams and platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leaders
• Experience in project documentation, reporting, and tracking of project metrics
• IPMA Project Management certification or equivalent
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification or equivalent
• Good spoken and written English
