Senior Java Developer

Responsibilities:

• Contributing technical expertise to define application requirements in collaboration with business analysts, business representatives and others
• Being able to streamline as well as record requirements, perform gap analysis and offer functionality options where appropriate
• Contributing to application design
• Participating in development of a maintainable, well-documented code with an eye toward standardization, common components, simplicity, performance, robustness and other attributes of enterprise-strength solutions
• Understanding the system architecture and functionality and assessing feasibility of user requests
• Evaluating new and ongoing projects and providing estimates for proposed solutions

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Java (Spring, Hibernate), REST
• Experience with Microservices, Hexagonal, DDD
• Experience with CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, Gradle)
• Understanding of Clean Code practices
• RDBMS concepts - basic principles of data modeling
• Ability to investigate and solve challenging technical issues
