Senior IT Test Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify and define required tests based on internal quality standards
• Monitor test coverage and evaluate the overall quality of targeted test items
• Plan and coordinate test activities for change initiatives
• Allocate resources effectively within the test team
• Ensure that both functional and non-functional requirements are tested and meet internal quality standards
• Manage internal and external communication related to testing efforts
• Contribute to business goals by implementing the most appropriate testing approaches

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of a professional experience
• Expertise in applying technology, preferably with a background in Master Data Management
• Ability to formulate strategies and concepts with a focus on simplification and compliance
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people
• Excellent writing and reporting skills
• ISTQB Certified Test Professional
• Knowledge of SAFE Agile principles
• Experience in managing multiple teams and synchronizing their efforts
• Proficiency in test tooling and environment management
• Excellent communication and planning abilities
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
