Senior IT Test Manager

Responsibilities:

• Organization of tests within a few teams at the same time in accordance with the standards
• Preparation of test documentation, such as test plans, test reports and any other required
• Manage impediments in testing if they occur
• Monitor test metrics, including code coverage, automation rate and others
• Identify risks in testing area and propose mitigations
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects with teams to improve testing process
• Ensure high quality of deliveries in the project
• Active approach to testing process and implementation of improvements in testing processes
• Actively cooperate with project stakeholders to ensure about high quality

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in testing and QA, at least 3 years in test manager / QA manager position
• Practical knowledge about testing and QA methodologies, procedures, documentation, tools and improvements in testing processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills to be able to keep overview of many different tasks and challenges at the same time (for example: cross-team dependencies or constantly changing requirements)
• Experience with working in agile approaches (nice to have with SAFE)
• Be ready to coach teams when any improvements would be needed in testing processes
• Experience with BDD approach
• ISTQB certificate
• Good knowledge of using test managerial tools, including creation reports, dashboards etc.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (at least B2)
