Senior IBM Mainframe Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications on IBM Mainframe using technologies such as COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS, CICS, and Endevor
• Implement and support solutions within the Cards and Payments domain
• Integrate mainframe applications with external systems (e.g., Java-based services)
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective system solutions
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, and maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment
• Apply and support Test Driven Development (TDD) practices where applicable
• Share knowledge and technical expertise with team members to improve overall team performance and capabilities

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in Software Development
• Knowledge and hands on experience of IBM Mainframe development, COBOL, JCL, Endevor, DB2, IMS and CICS
• Strong Cards / Payments domain specific knowledge
• Hands on Integration experience with external systems (Ex Java)
• The ability to actively share your knowledge and experience to strengthen our team's performance and skills
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAFe-/agile methodology
• Experience in Test Driven Development and knows how actively use the system development life cycle in your daily work
