Senior Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and ensure delivery quality and performance
• Lead and mentor engineers to support their growth and career development
• Collaborate with developers, Agilists, stakeholders, and designers to build exceptional applications
• Build confidence in project delivery through automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and analytics
• Implement DevOps practices to automate the delivery pipeline

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Front-end (e.g., ReactJS, AngularJS, Flutter, React-Native) and Back-end (e.g., NodeJS, Java, Python, Databases) development
• Experience in interviewing and leading a development team
• Creative individual with deep technological expertise and software development background
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD, and XP
• Minimum 6 years of experience in implementing commercial projects
• Excellent knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot
• Ability to write clean code
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
• Knowledge of TDD/DDD techniques
• Excellent knowledge of the REST standard
• Knowledge of GIT or other version control systems
• Willing to work using English
• Ability to conduct unit tests
• Efficiency, motivation, independence, creative thinking, seeking new, non-standard solutions

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of BPMN engines
• Knowledge of the openApi framework
