Senior DataStage Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement DataStage solutions as part of a cross-functional Scrum team
• Collaborate with team members to integrate DataStage with other technologies such as IBM MDM and Java
• Contribute to the development of a group-wide solution that improves data quality and reduces manual effort
• Ensure the solution meets the requirements for credit processes, limit allocation, and reporting
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and apply SAFe practices in daily work

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of a professional experience
• Proven experience as a DataStage developer
• Strong proficiency in SQL or other relevant programming languages
• Strong Agile mindset, with adherence to Scrum values; prior experience with SAFe is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
• Experience with Java programming language
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) is a plus
