Senior Automation Quality Engineer with Java

Responsibilities:

• Creating and developing frontend automated tests using Java
• Testing and optimizing the web application to ensure high quality software
• Work with the development team to identify and fix bugs
• Making improvements to the testing and quality assurance process
• Actively participate in code review, retrospectives and team meetings
• Foster a quality culture within the team through mentoring and providing constructive feedback
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in front-end test automation with Java
• Excellent soft skills and leadership qualities
• Ability to provide constructive feedback
• Capability to make decisions collaboratively
• High level of curiosity and the ability to challenge the status quo appropriately
• Willingness to work overtime (a significant advantage)
