Security Lead Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Functionally report to the Architecture & Technology Director / Senior Solution Lead under the Architecture & Design Office (ADO) governance model
• Act as the primary technical lead for the customer account, collaborating closely with customer-facing and internal stakeholders on a daily basis
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of consultants (based in Egypt and India) across various technical domains
• Technical decision-making
• Activity pipeline planning and management
• Documentation ownership
• Process definition and improvement
• Team coaching and performance development
• Engage directly with customer architects and technical experts on site across domains such as Connectivity, Security, Collaboration, Cloud, and OT
• Serve as a core stakeholder in the customer’s Agile ecosystem, actively participating in daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies
• Translate complex customer requirements into technical architecture and design deliverables
• Ensure alignment with both customer expectations and internal governance standards
• Manage and navigate a complex technical environment, leveraging the extended consulting team for domain-specific support

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer-facing consulting or architecture roles in large-scale, complex technical environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Polish
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in Agile environments and drive objective-based outcomes
• In-depth expertise in technical design and architecture, particularly in: Fortinet (including Flexible SD-WAN portfolio and Firewalls), Security (BigIP F5, Ivanti FAA, SASE solutions – preferred), Voice solutions (Microsoft Teams EV), Cloud platforms (Azure)
• Sound understanding of enterprise security technologies, organizational complexity, and governance processes
• Ability to quickly gain insight into the customer’s technical landscape and develop effective solutions
• Confident and proactive, with a calm and organized approach in strategic and sensitive scenarios
• A collaborative and mentoring mindset, with the ability to inspire and guide international teams
• Pre-sales skills required
