Ruby Developer

Responsibilities:

• Continuously improve and evolve our core backend services, central to the whole platform, to deliver on business and product requirements
• Participate and contribute into technical design to define best approach and tread-offs to bringing to life our business and product capabilities with an iterative approach
• Apply best software engineering principles and practices in the evolution of our systems
• Embody a Product Engineering culture, by collaborating with cross functional teams, including Product, Design, Content, SEO
• Opportunity to optimise and scale a global product across all dimensions: performance, observability, team efficiency and DevExp

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails for backend development
• English level: B2, C1
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and SEO, to deliver business-critical features
