Roll-out Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the roll-out organization and surrounding teams in preparation for go-live, including securing resources, building the go-live implementation plan, and executing dress rehearsals
• Supporting with definition of the roll-out strategy, governance model, and milestone plan based on established processes and best practices
• Tracking and maintaining the release and rollout roadmap
• Participating in roll-out go live and post-go-live activities
• Coordinating change activities throughout the roll-out activities
• Coordinating business verification activities during rehearsals and go-live
• Overseeing that production operations teams receive proper transition support as new solutions are rolled out
• Participating in roll-out decision meetings to secure stakeholder approval for each roll-out milestone
• Representing the roll-out project team in program meetings and SAFe planning events
• Increasing release quality and efficiency by integrating new techniques, automation capabilities, and DevOps ways of working to release orchestration

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Master's degree in IT or related disciplines
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Accountability, proactivity, and ability to quickly adapt and respond to change.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Flexibility: able to work extra paid evenings and weekends for the implementation of events
• Knowledge in areas of Programme management and Risk assessment processes
• Experienced in Service Transition Processes and facilitation is a clear benefit
• Understanding of microservices and SOA architecture
• Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe methodologies
• IT Project / Release management and planning skills (5+ years)
• Experience with application releases or data migration projects, including hands-on experience in using release or cutover planning tools
• Experience working with ETLR tools and processes
• Experience working with incident, problem and change management tools and processes under ITIL framework
• Experience working with incident, problem and change management tools and processes under ITIL framework
• Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA, Helix)
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
• Basic understanding of DevOps ways of working
• Experience in banking or finance sectors is a clear benefit
• Knowledge around payment processes and cards / mobile payments will be a big plus
