Project Management Officer (PMO)

Responsibilities:

• Budget management – programs & projects budget forecast, forecast v/s actual tracking and relevant adjustments
• Engaging with various tech & business stakeholders at varied level to align them towards the common objectives
• Managing & mitigating the risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions throughout the various stages of programs & projects
• Defining and generating various KPIs / metrics, their measures and reporting
• Creating presentations for senior stakeholders consumption

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as PMO or Program Manager
• 4+ years of total experience in big organizations in financial services industry
• Experience with MS Excel functionalities (macros, vlookups etc.) to traverse through various data/ information and summarize it for better consumption and allowing it to take required decisions
• Communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong analytics and problem solving skills in complex multi-faced conflicting situations
• Execution focused attitude
• Experience in using PPM (Project Portfolio Management). tools (E.g. Clarity PPM, PTS), Agile delivery tools (E.g. JIRA) and collaborative tools
  (E.g. Confluence)
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
