Product Control Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Collaborate with direct managers to ensure the resource availability and proper work allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Coordinate digitization efforts which support the tactical solutions
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule
• Measure projects performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management any issues which might undermine the related projects
• Manage the relationship with the stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of a professional experience
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
• Experience working with financial instruments (derivatives, equities, bonds, etc.)
• Familiarity with control processes, accounting, and risk management
• Proficiency in financial systems and software used in banking (e.g., SAP, Murex, advanced Excel)
• Strong data analysis skills and experience in preparing financial reports
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams (e.g., finance, risk, operations)
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
• Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CFA) are a plus
• Experience in corporate treasury or treasury controllers functions is an advantage
