Principal FullStack Developer (React + Node.js)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable microservices and secure API architectures to support next-generation dental practice management solutions
• Build and maintain intuitive, high-performance full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and modern frameworks like NestJS
• Architect and implement event-driven systems and ensure seamless communication between microservices using tools such as Kafka
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe to deliver innovative solutions while adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA)
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using technologies like Kubernetes and Docker
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and automated deployment workflows
• Drive technical excellence by contributing to system design, code reviews, and best practices for JavaScript and TypeScript development
• Mentor and guide team members on complex engineering challenges and architectural decisions
• Ensure secure development practices, including API security and data compliance
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in technology and proactively integrate them to improve solutions

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in creating web solutions
• 4+ years of experience in backend technologies (Node.js)
• 4+ years of experience with React
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with GCP, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, NestJS and PostgreSQL
• Strong background in system design, microservices, and event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with secure API design, HIPAA, or other regulatory frameworks is beneficial
• CI/CD: Proficiency in designing and maintaining automated deployment pipelines
• Principal-Level Experience: Proven success leading large-scale, complex engineering initiatives
• English level: C1
