PMO Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes the key data issues, patterns and trends to identify their implications
• Documents all tasks, timelines, resource requirements to clarify scope and scale
• Shall be able to accurately identify problems and exceptions
• Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
• Managing timeline management
• Meeting facilitation
• Gathering meeting minutes

Requirements:

• Experience as PMO Specialist on medium to large scale Projects, Hubs or Programmes for +2 yrs
• Deep understanding of financial processes and experiencing in cost estimations, accruals creation and invoice handling
• Exposure to Agile processes and methodologies
• Experience in using SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, PPM tools
• Able to communicate effectively and drive follow up actions to different stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Experience in Finance (Actuals, Forecast, Accruals, Invoice Tracking)
• Delivery Management knowledge (Key Milestones Tracking, Communication of Deliveries, Portfolio Health)
• Reports and KPIs experience (Financial Reports, Progress Reports, Team Reports, KPIs Reporting)
• Dependency Management (Dependency Map and Follow-up) experience
• Resources Management knowledge (Demand Map, On/Off-boarding, Time Reporting)
• Fluent in English
• PMI or similar PMO/Project Management certification
