MongoDB Expert

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze the current MongoDB database schema developed by our team
• Provide expert advice on schema design, focusing on scalability, performance, and future-proofing
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential bottlenecks and areas for improvement
• Ensure that the database design aligns with best practices for AWS and MongoDB
• Offer guidance on indexing, data partitioning, and optimization techniques
• Assist in the implementation of recommendations and validate the revised schema
• Advise on strategies to mitigate risks related to database performance and data integrity
• Support the team in ensuring that the database complies with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Contribute to the development of documentation and training materials for ongoing database management

Requirements:

• Extensive experience (5+ years) with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing strategies, and performance optimization
• Strong expertise in AWS, particularly in deploying and managing MongoDB in cloud environments
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• English level: B2, C1
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to financial data storage and processing- in plus
