Lead Azure DevOps with DataBricks

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Azure Data Services infrastructure, including Databricks, AI Services, and AI Studio
• Oversee Databricks cluster management, ensuring stability and performance
• Define SLAs and operational processes for data-related infrastructure
• Support live initiatives and ensure system reliability and availability
• Act as a team coordinator, defining best practices and ensuring smooth collaboration
• Optimize and automate infrastructure maintenance and deployment
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance of Azure-based solutions
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues in DevOps pipelines and production environments

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Azure DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure
• Proven leadership skills – ability to lead teams, define workflows, and enforce SLAs
• Expertise in Azure Data Services, including Databricks, AI Services, and AI Studio
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning in cloud environments
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
• Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud-based data solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to make strategic decisions and drive team efficiency
• English level: B2, C1
