KYC Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Analyze source regulatory requirements and assess their impact on existing KYC procedures
• Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between new regulations and current processes
• Develop and execute implementation plans for regulatory changes
• Translate regulatory requirements into process requirements for the organization
• Draft and update KYC procedures to ensure compliance with the latest regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate changes into existing workflows
• Provide expertise and guidance to ensure smooth adoption of new KYC standards
• Deliver presentations and status updates on regulatory change initiatives to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience working with KYC regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex requirements into manageable and actionable implementation plans
• Proficiency in conducting gap analyses and translating regulatory requirements into process requirements
• Good presentation skills, with experience in driving activities and leading initiatives within a team
• Proactive and detail-oriented professional who can navigate regulatory changes and drive the successful implementation of new compliance standards within the organization
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
