ICT Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Mapping contractual agreements to ICT applications and building a tool for data collection and maintenance
• Collaborating with various organizational units to gather data from systems such as Mega Hopex Helix, Technopedia, Ariba, and B&P
• Analyzing contractual terms in the context of ICT applications and their lifecycle
• Verifying responsibility for application support (internal vs. third-party vendors)
• Integrating application mapping tools with contract management systems
• Identifying and eliminating potential data inconsistencies
• Coordinating activities with software vendors and the IT architecture team
• Creating reports and analyses to support the ICT application management strategy

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of ICT contract, application life cycle ITIL and detailed soft-ware domain is essential
• Knowledge of various ICT contract types, terms, and conditions, as well as the ability to interpret and apply these in different scenarios
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for mapping applications is necessary (excellent knowledge of XLS and Power BI is a must)
• Experience in data systems management and mapping software
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Strong communication and project management skills are essential
• Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including components of ICT software areas
• Knowledge of English at B2 level (minimum)

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Mega Hopex Helix, Technopedia, Ariba, B&P systems
• Ability to integrate these tools seamlessly with contract management systems
