Head of Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Creating marketing strategies for Client and new companies
• Planning multi-channel campaigns,
• Preparation and settlement of marketing budgets
• Planning team activities using Jira,
• Managing the production of in-laws
• Website management
• Managing communication in social media and public relations
• Initiating and implementing new ideas for marketing activities
• Conducting ongoing analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities
• Signaling recruitment needs
• Maintaining a good atmosphere in the team 

Requirements:

• Min. 10 years of experience working in digital marketing
• Experience in working in a startup environment
• Min. 5 years of experience as a marketing team leader
• Team management experience (+/- 5 people)
• Experience in creating marketing strategies
• Experience in developing and settling marketing budgets
• Knowledge of issues in the area of digital marketing, such as content marketing, social media, PPC, SEO, public relations (tshaped Marketer)
• Experience in content marketing
• Very good knowledge of LinkedIn
• The ability to measure the effects of your work using data collection and analysis tools
• Ability to work with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console
• Knowledge of Figma and Miro tools
• Knowledge of Slack, Jira, and Confluence tools
• Knowledge of the english language at the C1 level
• High level of interpersonal skills and very good work organization
• Aesthetic sense, attention to detail
• Experience working in a Venture Builder or VC fund - nice to have
