Fund Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and accurate completion of fund-related activities, including NAV calculations and distribution factors
• Support the preparation of financial statements, tax reporting, and regulatory filings
• Act as Senior Checker for complex tasks, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Review aging break items and resolve discrepancies exceeding specific financial thresholds
• Manage and track fund delivery for designated clients
• Assist the team manager with audit queries, client inquiries, and risk management
• Serve as a backup for the team coordinator or manager when necessary
• Evaluate risks in business decisions, safeguarding our client's reputation by ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies, while exercising ethical judgment and transparency

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields
• Experience in fund administration, change management, or project management
• Strong knowledge of financial operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
