Employer Branding Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Support in developing and implementing a coherent and consistent employer branding strategy that supports the business objectives and differentiates the employer value proposition
• Hone a clear understanding of the organization's goals, values, and culture, and how they align with the target talent segments
• Build and maintain positive and productive relationships with various partners and collaborators, such as hiring managers, recruiters, marketing & communications, employee advocates, external agencies
• Conceptualize and drive recruitment marketing campaigns to create sustainable talent pipelines
• Manage and execute multiple projects and tasks, such as employer branding surveys, events, campaigns and reports
• Manage EB content calendar activations across relevant channels and platforms, both externally and internally
• Develop and implement internal programs and tools to drive employee engagement
• Collaboration with our communication and marketing team on launching EB related Social Media content/campaigns
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience from employer branding and marketing, or mainly marketing.
  Fluent in English
• Experience with developing and implementing a coherent and consistent employer branding strategy that supports the business objectives and differentiates the employer value proposition
• Ability to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with various partners and collaborators, such as hiring managers, recruiters, marketing & communications, employee advocates, external agencies
