DORA Implementation Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and support implementation of DORA requirements across the workstream
  • Identify, assess and document business and operational functions, including end-to-end value chains, data assets, ICT environments and dependencies
  • Conduct and facilitate Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), assess criticality of functions, and define RTOs and RPOs
  • Contribute to the development of business continuity, ICT continuity and recovery plans
  • Support the design and implementation of controls related to ICT risk and operational resilience
  • Analyse and interpret DORA requirements, including regulatory technical standards, and translate them into practical deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Business, IT, and Business Continuity, Crisis Management & Resilience teams
  • Support process mapping, resilience documentation and governance-related activities
  • Contribute to strengthening control frameworks and resilience operating models in line with regulatory expectations

 

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in ICT risk management, operational resilience, business continuity or related areas
  • Proven hands-on experience with DORA implementation within financial services
  • Strong background in business and ICT continuity and recovery planning
  • Experience conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and linking business impacts to supporting ICT environments
  • Good understanding of ICT environments in a business context, including dependencies and supporting assets
  • Strong knowledge of controls and regulatory frameworks related to ICT risk and resilience
  • Experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and drive deliverables with limited guidance
  • Ability to bridge business and technology perspectives with a holistic view
  • Experience with ISO 22301 and resilience-related frameworks is highly valued
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
