DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Supporting highly complex projects directly in the development, quality assurance and planning as well as implementation of product releases
• Developing strategies for automated integration and delivery including the cross-project infrastructure and tool suite
• Working on the development of new deployment strategies and disaster recovery plans
• Working closely with the operations team to improve process efficiency and the performance of the software and system landscapes, dealing intensively with innovative topics and concepts
• Managing strategically oriented projects

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of virtualization environments (VMware, OpenStack, Kubernetes) including support tools and application integration
• Fluency in English
• Very good knowledge of 2G-5G mobile technologies is desirable but not mandatory
• Detailed and comprehensive knowledge of market, technology and competitor environments in the information technology and telecommunications industries, including digital transformation
• Outstanding knowledge of DevOps technologies
• Outstanding knowledge of agile development methods
• Excellent experience in managing strategically oriented projects
• Very good experiences in classic and agile forms of cooperation
