Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:

Country Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute country-level sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance
  • Align local operations with divisional and corporate objectives, identifying growth opportunities and operational efficiencies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
  • Manage budgets, resources, and compliance with local regulations, ensuring profitability and sustainability
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and product positioning
  • Provide regular performance updates to regional and corporate leadership, including financial, operational, and strategic insights
  • Generate and pursue new sales opportunities within the B2B sector, promoting the added value of GID solutions
  • Promote problem solving and traceability through the supply chain
  • Engineer optimal sales performance and ensure the care and delivery of service to existing customers
  • Operate within the transversal model to leverage central capabilities, especially for multi-country/solution opportunities
  • Build and evolve the sales portfolio to lean on recurring business while generating new leads
  • Drive cross-sales of print and apply capabilities

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in sales and general management, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or IT solutions
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and delivering commercial results in a B2B environment
  • Strong operational effectiveness and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field

Nice to have:

  • Experience in multinational environments and cross-cultural leadership
  • Familiarity with supply chain visibility, automatic identification (AIDC), or similar technology-driven solutions
  • Ability to operate independently at country level while aligning with regional and global corporate strategy
  • Strong customer focus, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to innovation and continuous improvement
