Client Account Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Process client requests related to system setup, including updates of signatories and documentation lodgement
  • Perform system maintenance activities in cooperation with internal partners based on documentation related to account opening and maintenance processes
  • Respond to internal inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Apply relevant banking regulations and internal procedures while processing requests
  • Ensure all client instructions are processed with the highest level of accuracy and within defined deadlines
  • Monitor and follow updates to internal procedures, policies, and external regulatory requirements
  • Handle queries efficiently and ensure timely resolution
  • Escalate urgent or risk-related issues through appropriate escalation channels
  • Collaborate with and support other teams when required, including the possibility of assisting other processes or teams
  • Participate in operational trainings, internal projects, conference calls, and system testing activities when required
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through strong product, process, and client knowledge
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support their implementation
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and controls to minimize operational risk and potential losses
  • Support managers in quality assurance activities and ensure adherence to departmental standards
  • Perform day-to-day operational tasks and any additional duties assigned by the supervisor related to the function

 

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in client onboarding or roles involving system configuration and data management
  • Understanding of banking products and processes related to opening and maintaining bank accounts
  • Experience in client or stakeholder communication (internal or external)
  • Basic knowledge of banking and financial services operations
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong team spirit, flexibility, and reliability
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
