Change Manager / Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Driving, tracking and reporting on the UK-components of the overall Change Management plan
  • For the UK specific users / stakeholders, contributing to defining the required training curriculum for each user profile’s learning path
  • Managing System Integrator's development of location-specific changes to the baseline training materials
  • Planning and managing the end user training delivery, tracking of completion and validation of knowledge challenges (managing the Master
  • Change Management super users performing the local training
  • Identifying and managing risk associated to the UK for people and training
  • Developing, distributing, monitoring feedback for team and stakeholder communications
  • Planning, performing and analyzing org readiness and change impacts
  • Management and monitoring stakeholder engagement; escalating issues and resistance
  • Collaborating with local HR team on people needs related to the ERP implementation
  • Managing key activities associated with our local super user/change champions as they train the end users and support during hypercare / stabilization
  • Tracking / actioning hypercare adoption and KPI measurement / reporting
  • Contributing to weekly reporting, dashboard updates, tools development, etc.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Change Management with a focus on ERP implementations (preferably D365 ERP)
  • Experience working with System Integrators (SI) for training development and deployment
  • Strong background in training program design, execution, and tracking
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, risk identification, and mitigation
  • Ability to develop communication plans and assess organizational readiness
  • Experience managing change champions/superusers and supporting hypercare/stabilization
  • Strong analytical skills for KPI measurement and reporting
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • English level: C1
