Business Capacity Analyst

Responsibilities:

Identify data sources for capacity forecast
Establish communication channels to coordinate capacity requests and delivery
Collect capacity requirements from BCCM workstreams
Analyze the data and prepare short and long term forecast
Plan and co-ordinate capacity free up initiatives
Manage, monitor and report on the progress capacity delivery and free up initiatives
Create Capacity plan overviews for discussion and approval from key stakeholders

Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data and work in Excel
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
