Business Analyst/ Tech Support

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and learning the delivery of projects in close cooperation with both regional and global teams
• Become a key point person in the delivery of AML Investigations strategic toolset
• Become a key team member in building, configuration and maintenance of environments in the region
• Become a subject matter expert in the domain and face off against the business to represent the optimal technology solutions and ensure that these meet their needs
• Represent EMEA business and technology needs in discussions with global technology teams in developing solutions that will ensure they meet the distinct regional mandates as applicable

Requirements:

• SQL / Experience with data warehouses, Oracle, SQL and other standard database query tools
• Ability to assess business transactions and products in terms of the associated AML risks
• Unix environment experience
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
• Balanced blend of analytical skills, problem-solving, reporting and communication skills
