Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Be a part of software development team on IT projects for internal business stakeholders
• Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and test created solutions
• Work closely with IT developers and architects on a daily basis
• Be an active member of Agile team
• Cooperate directly with the digital product team to define and deliver best value
• Test yourself in various roles and tasks in an international environment

Requirements: 

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
• Strong understanding of web technologies 
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence
• Proficiency in english
• Think analytically and have the ability to use the synthesis to present the results of your work
• Provide requirements, tickets, user stories, acceptance criteria

Nice to have:

• Demonstrate ability to learn quickly in a friendly but challenging environment
• Understanding of technological process of software creation and development
• Good communication skills, ability to present and explain complex concepts and processes
