Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end accountability for determining business requirements for differentiated projects within the organization (eg. digital, regulatory)
• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert and supporting stakeholders during entire project lifecycle
• Acting as a “bridge”, to constantly connect the Business, Operations, Change and Technology teams
• Preparing and maintaining business analysis artifacts, as per internal policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Cooperating with Technology teams over functional requirements reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years total experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Bank (ideally private bank or wealth management)
• Minimum 5 years of experience on projects (as a Business Analyst and/or Project Management)
• University degree (ideally in business or engineering)
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
