BI Developer

Responsibilities:

• Developing, transitioning and maintaining BI reporting solutions according to both SLA agreements and business requirements
• Analysing, processing and modelling data, interpret the results to create actionable insights
• Ensuring complete collection and quality of data while adhering to best data practices
• Working within SAFe Scrum Team with the aligned autonomy within Agile Release Train
• Acting as a subject matter expert and make recommendations to IT and business stakeholders
• Interacting, supporting and driving requirements within C-level, middle and line management
• Empowering people with effective indicators, metrics, baselines and service levels

Requirements:

• Professional experience in both programming languages: SQL (T-SQL preferred) and DAX
• Professional experience in at least one of programming languages: R, VBA, Python
• Experience in developing MS Power Platform solutions and one or more Business Intelligence tools as MS Power BI (preferred), Grafana
• Experience with Data Warehousing, ETL (SSIS) and building MS SQL views
• Knowledge of statistical techniques for descriptive and predictive analytics
• ITIL Foundation certified or proven work experience in IT Service Management
• Academic degree in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar
• Proven work experience with minimum 2 years in similar role
• Excellent both interpersonal & communication skills
• Excellent English written and spoken skills
