Application Programmer

Responsibilities:

• Focusing on high quality software development including problem understanding, low-level analysis, coding and testing
• Building solutions based on best development practices, in a way that they stay simple and maintainable
• Proactive approach on submitting suggestions and solutions
• Sharing knowledge with other team members
• Close, focused on goals cooperation with senior management, other team members, business owner, project manager and surrounding teams
• End to end development process including: low-level analysis of the problem, coding, code review, unit and integration testing, deployment, infrastructure updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant position
• Strong knowledge on Core Java (minimum 11, preferred 17)
• Very good knowledge on Spring Boot
• Good SQL skills
• Any MongoDB experience would be a plus
• Any Kafka experience would be a plus
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) based on JUnit, Mockito
• Hands on designing and building microservices
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
• Experience with backend, cloud-based technologies
