ServiceNow Catalogue Manager

Responsibilities:

• Experienced Catalogue / Service Request Specialist
• Must have solid experience in ServiceNow and be familiar with catalogue item best practices
• Ability to self-manage workload, prioritize tasks effectively, and work resourcefully
• Designing and creating new forms, workflows, and flows (including option-based forms)
• Configuration of catalogue items, approvals, and variables
• Troubleshooting and resolving catalogue-related issues
• Strong attention to detail with context and presentation: writing user-friendly descriptions, experience with adding images
• Good collaboration skills with stakeholders to gather requirements
