Senior Workday Developer / Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Lead security solution design across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, and Payroll modules
• Partner with HR teams to translate business requirements into scalable Workday security configurations
• Design, develop, and support Workday Security functionality including creating and maintaining security groups, user and role-based security assignments and updating domain security, authentication and proxy policies as needed
• Conduct security impact assessments for releases, enhancements, and regulatory changes
• Follow SDLC framework for enhancements and projects
• Security Architecture, Controls & Governance
• Conduct regular audits on Workday access to ensure accuracy and compliance and respond to requests for security audits as needed working with our HR, HR Risk or leadership teams
• Actively pursue innovative initiatives and improvements in current Workday security processes
• Act as the Workday Security subject matter expert whether working on your own development projects or through providing guidance and training to internal Workday Security team

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Workday experience in HCM security
• Experience in Workday configuration preferred, with a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures
• Experience in data governance and security best practices
• Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments
