Senior Test Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that testing activities are carried out efficiently and in a well‑documented manner, in accordance with the latest strategy
• Perform test automation activities using Robot Framework and Python
• Conduct test planning, including creation and maintenance of test plans and master test plans
• Perform test analysis and test design
• Prepare and manage test data
• Execute tests and ensure high quality standards for the release train
• Automate tests from both UI and backend perspectives
• Design and implement test automation frameworks
• Build and maintain dashboards for performance evaluation
• Execute and support non‑functional testing, including performance, stress, and security testing
• Perform testing of fraud monitoring and alerting solutions across card transactions and payments
• Work with vendor‑provided solutions and in‑house developed integrations
• Maintain and continuously improve test quality for complex systems and integrations

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Robot Framework
• Experience in test automation on UI and backend levels
• Experience with Python, Selenium and JMeter
• Experience with Java test automation
• Familiarity with API testing and low‑latency solutions
• Experience using test management tools (e.g. qTest)
• Experience with Linux environments and relational databases
• Broad experience in non‑functional testing (performance, stress, security)
• General testing knowledge at least at ISTQB Foundation Level
• Good understanding of testing principles for large products and complex integrations
• Proven track record with Robot Framework and Java‑based automation
• Ability to support manual testing when needed
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Payments, Cards, or Fraud testing
• Experience with Cucumber
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Grafana
• Experience using GitHub Copilot
