Senior Software Asset & Lifecycle Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop the Software Lifecycle experience for assigned Service Areas
• Enable and manage Software Lifecycle data for customers
• Support Service Areas in understanding the impact of obsolete software and available mitigation actions
• Investigate and resolve cases related to software lifecycle and asset status
• Participate in audits related to Software Lifecycle Management
• Cooperate closely with Service Areas, stakeholders, and application owners
• Support governance, architecture, and software lifecycle processes through structured collaboration
• Contribute to reporting and insights related to software lifecycle status

Requirements:

• Strong skills and practical experience in Software Asset Lifecycle Management, including understanding of software lifecycle activities
• Good understanding of technology, including software and hardware
• Knowledge of architecture, software processes, and governance
• Experience working with tools such as FlexeraOne or similar solutions
• Experience with Power BI and Excel for reporting purposes
• Strong communication and cooperation skills, both within the team and with stakeholders and application owners
• Self-driven, proactive attitude (Can‑Do mindset)
• Professional level of English, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Experience with Flexera tools, including: FlexNet Manager Suite, Flexera Data Platform and FlexeraOne modules ITAM and ITV
• Extended experience in Software Asset Management and lifecycle management
• Strong interpersonal skills in stakeholder-facing roles
