Senior Release Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure releases to technology platforms and applications are planned and executed efficiently, with high quality and compliance to organizational standards
• Coordinate with stakeholders including Release Managers, Test Managers, Product Owners, Execution Leads, Scrum Masters, and Operations teams to secure successful deliveries
• Plan, coordinate, and maintain release roadmaps for one or more applications
• Manage release and deployment planning across multiple parallel releases
• Plan and coordinate go-live and post-go-live activities
• Plan, coordinate, and track change activities throughout the release lifecycle
• Lead release decision meetings and obtain stakeholder approval for release milestones
• Plan and facilitate handover sessions between development and operations teams
• Improve release quality and efficiency through automation, release orchestration, and DevOps ways of working

Requirements:

• Proven experience in planning release go-live and post-go-live activities
• Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and tracking change activities throughout the release process
• Proven experience in leading release decision meetings and securing stakeholder approval for release milestones
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
